In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Canada Post has determined that it will no longer be delivering packages that require proof of identity or a signature to customers’ doors.
Canada Post is no longer giving the option of sending packages requiring signatures. Canada Post has currently suspended all guaranteed delivery times during this pandemic.
