We use a manual Interac e-transfer payment system. After placing your order, you must send your e-transfer using the exact payment instructions provided above.

All payments are reviewed and accepted manually. Until your transfer is accepted, your order will remain in ON HOLD status.

✅ Here’s how it works:

  • Order placed: Your order is automatically set to ON HOLD. This is normal and expected.
  • Payment accepted: E-transfers are reviewed between 9:00 AM – 12:45 PM PST (business days only). Once accepted, your order is moved to PROCESSING.
  • Order preparation & shipping: Payments accepted before 12:45 PM PST ship the same business day. Payments accepted after 12:45 PM PST ship the next business day.

📦 Shipping Information

All orders ship via Canada Post Xpress at no additional charge.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate exactly as it appears on your mail.

🚚 Tracking Number Updates

Once your order is moved from ON HOLD to PROCESSING, a tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you.

Tracking numbers usually begin showing movement around 4:30 PM PST after Canada Post processes the pickup.

Seeing ON HOLD does not mean there is an issue. It simply means your payment has not yet been manually accepted.

  • Manual review window: Payments are reviewed between 9:00 AM – 12:45 PM PST on business days only.
  • After cutoff: Payments accepted after 12:45 PM PST are processed the next business day.

💡 No Need to Confirm Your Payment

Please do not message or email asking if your payment was received. Once your e-transfer shows Accepted, no further action is required.

Payments must be sent within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders unpaid after 24 hours are automatically canceled.

To ensure same-day shipping, send your e-transfer well before 12:45 PM PST. Payments sent close to the cutoff may ship the next business day.

Canada Post does not receive special delivery notes such as “leave at back door” or “knock”.

If you require special delivery arrangements, please email us before ordering so we can advise on the best formatting. P.O. boxes or clearly defined front-door addresses are recommended.
